RULES AND PUNISHMENT GUIDELINES FOR Pristontale EU

Our commitment is to ensure a fun, respectful, and immersive gaming experience for every Pristontale EU player. Please abide by the following rules:

🚫 PERMANENT BAN for the following violations:

• No Buying or Selling with Real Money (RMT): Keep transactions in-game.
• No Cheating or Hacking: Fairness is paramount.
• No Bots: Only human interactions allowed, no macro tools. Simple 1 click repeat (such as repeating only right-click) is allowed to prevent hand strain. Automatic buffing, potting, skill rotations is strictly forbidden. All while never leaving your game running without your supervision. Caught AFK auto-clicking of any kind is against our rules.
• No Scamming: Trust is essential.
• No Doxxing: Respect everyone's privacy.
• No Exploiting Game Bugs: Report bugs to maintain fairness.

🔸 Major Offenses:

Attempting RMT:

• First Time: 🚫 1-month ban.
• Repeat Violation: 🚫 Permanent Ban.

Impersonating GM:

• First Time: ⚠️ Warning.
• Second Time: 🚫 Permanent Ban.

TOXIC BEHAVIOR & HARASSMENT GUIDELINES

These rules apply to all global and public chats. We are unlikely to accept reports regarding clan or private chat as players can use appropriate tools, such as the ignore system and profanity filter. Our staff will assess toxic behavior, which includes verbal abuse, spreading rumors, negativity, hate speech, derogatory remarks, threats, and harassment. Strong evidence will be required for judgment.

🔸 Penalties:

• First Incident: ⚠️ Warning & mute strike.
• Second Incident: ⚠️ Warning & mute strike.
• Third Incident: 🚫 1-week ban.
• Fourth Incident: 🚫 1-month ban.
• Fifth Incident: 🚫 Permanent Ban.

🔸 Protection and Reporting:

• Block and Report: Use in-game tools to block offenders (Right-click on the name and select "ignore").
• Evidence: Capture screenshots or record incidents for reporting.
• Stay Safe: Never share personal information online.

GRIEFING RULES

Definition: Intentional actions taken to sabotage other players, negatively affecting their gameplay experience. This includes Kill Stealing (KS) or disrupting SOD for other clans or players.

🔸 Penalties for Griefing:

• First Incident: ⚠️ Warning.
• Second Incident: ⚠️ 24-hour ban.
• Third Incident: 🚫 1-week ban.
• Fourth Incident: 🚫 1-month ban.
• Fifth Incident: 🚫 Permanent Ban.

❗ Note: Engaging in PvP is NOT considered griefing. Players unwilling to participate in PvP should use available in-game options to disable or opt out of PvP.
